I wanted to check if anyone had seen this and had a chance to look it over.

Reading the wiki page on submitting patches, it says that after
submitting patches, we should be patient.

Hi,
This is an enhancement to deal with the following issues:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36324
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42929

I found the files it is complaining about under /tmp/ooopackaing/...
The problem is that it is creating files with no permissions. e.g.
D:\Dev\cygwin\tmp\ooopackaging\i_106601351284799\wntmsci12.pro\LibreOffice_Dev\native\zip\en-US\00\basicsrvdepot_zip\CommonLang.xba

I'm still struggling to get a first successful build of LibreOffice on
Windows 7 (64bit).
Currently I'm getting errors like this in tail_build
[build LNK] CppunitTest/itest_i18npool_test_ordinalsuffix.lib
Failed to load dynamic library: D:/Dev/libo/libo/workdir/wntmsci12.pro/LinkTarge
t/CppunitTe
OK, thanks everyone for the various suggestions.
(I was already using the patched LibreOffice make but it was worth checking.)
I'm attaching the contents of iacc.lib.d:948
I was also sometimes getting the same error for ianimcore.lib.d:1:
I enabled the --disable-dependency-tracking option, and

This patch adds locale data for Congolese languages Teke-Eboo (ebo_CG)
and Teke-Tyee (tyx_CG).
This is my first patch submission to LibreOffice or anywhere else so
let me know if there's something I haven't done right or should do
differently. Thanks.
