To add to this, there are still about 170 bugs that have bibisected
keyword, but don't have bisected. They're likely mostly older bugs from
before the era of bibisect repos with individual commits, but there could
be newer bugs as well, as ranges where builds failed still exist

The reason would be impatience. Those patches were merged less than two
days ago, and porting patches can take a while depending on the priorities
(or forgetfulness) of the developer. Therefore in the future I would
suggest waiting at least two to four weeks before inquiring.

When checking the includes, it looks like
f3fab0832b57677d8dfe1297ae7aba631b44cc30 was the commit that removed it.
I assume adding that include directly in
setup_native/source/win32/customactions/shellextensions/checkpatches.cxx
would be the solution.
