Hey, so going through the calc list of invalid documents I found that you documented in c1e1ef80e that we should remove the invalid attribute in a few years and make the exported files valid through that. I suppose that 3.5 years count as a enough time and we can safely remove that attribute now.

Well, I killed the parts inside #ifndef DISABLE_BDB2PMAP at least. That code was related to reading those Berkeley / Sleepycat database files created by pre-3.2 OpenOffice.org. (As we changed the name of the user profile directory for 4.0, there is no normal way those can even have ended up in a cu
