In the last week I converted DLG_COLLECTION_VIEW, RID_CONDFORMAT,
MD_ICONSELECTOR and MD_ICONCHANGE.
In RID_CONDFORMAT there is a control called WIN_CONDITION and I also
converted(but not work very well).
In MD_ICONSELECTOR I implemented multiple row ToolBox and it can be
scrolled.
