Hi all,
When the presenter console is used and there is a sound in the
presentation, it is played in both the presentaion and the console.
Commit a4b8a1c9f50bca3b557efca75100d9532a404ec6 fixes that.

Under windows native (don't know about cygwin), there is one limit at 250
characters, depending on the way you store the path (seen with an old
version of sqlite dll). This kind of error is more prone when you have a
long series of folder, like java components etc.
