Ok so I've pushed a feature/gnumake2 branch.
It contain about half of the gnumake2 CWS plus few adjustment due to
the fact that things have changed in our trees.

It works great for me. Firefox is Iceweasel 3.5.15 from debian testing.

I have found some duplicate classes between vcl/unx and
vcl/unx/headless; PspSalInfoPrinter and PspSalPrinter.
As suggested by Caolàn, the attached patch removes these two classes
from vcl/unx/headless
