This is exactly the same output as I get and it hasn't been a problem
for me. I think the point of that note is to make sure that files are
not given attributes that cant be handled in a standard manner. As
long as you dont have any non-standard features you should be fine.

When I run the debugfs -R feature /dev/ command on my USB stick I get the
ouput:
has_journal, resize_inode, dir_index, filetype, sparse_super, large_file or
needs_recovery
The ext_attr and needs_recovery features are missing.
