finally i compiled and installed Ncurses.I followed what found at this link:

Shortly the problem was caused at line 114 of the script "ncurses installation

i'm using a 32 bit kernal version on fedora 9.
I applayed the bash patch on chatper 5.
I found that the libraries referenced by tic contains the requested symbol
_nc_check_termtype2.
Can you give me more details about the problems involving bash and ncurses.

Hi,
i'm following lfs-book 6.3. I'm blocked on chapter 6 at paragraph 6.20 on
installing Ncurses-5.6.
I'm not able to install after compilation. The host pc is running with fedora 9.
This is the log that see when type make install:
