This may be a minor issue, but may cause troubles after the LFS build
completed.
After chroot the umask will be 0027 (host = ubuntu 10.10). So the majority
of LFS file system will not be readable by not-roots. You have to manually

We plan to release -rc2 in the next couple of days or so. If there are no
major problems, then the stable release should be in a couple of weeks. The
