I have a fresh LFS 6.4 installation, all I've done is add 1 user. Is
there a preferred way to back it up (and restore)?
Would it be sufficient to just use the liveCD, mount my paritition,
and 'cp -ar', or do I need to do something more arcane like 'dd'?
Thanks

Hi there!
I hope I don't repeat something that was said earlier. I have
seen this kind of errors a few times when I built LFS on my
machine, and it was nearly always due to some missing kernel
features. I haven't seen a kernel configuration page for quite
a while now, so I can't really tell which

Hello
I'm in section 6.9 of lfs 6.4, I have made glibc and in the test
section I got the flowing errors from "grep Error glibc-check-log":
make[2]: [/sources/glibc-build/posix/annexc.out] Error 1 (ignored)
make[2]: *** [/sources/glibc-build/rt/tst-cpuclock2.out] Error 1
make[1]: *** [rt/tests] Err
