A quick note on memberships: I haven't found an easy way to maintain
people's passwords and their digest enabled/disabled flag. I don't want
to spend a great deal

capability to receive attached files? It seems they are rejected, but is
it true? Because I'd like to ask contrib to send me their patches here,
