I go thru BT and get a constant 7 meg, all non fibre adsl goes thru Bt's copper network and in a lot of cases Bt manage other service providers entire networks, so the question should be, optic fibre or copper network. Personally I'd go with fibre, it's faster, less contention and there's plenty
