I was a bit underwhelmed by Darlow's few appearances for Leeds, but
paradoxically I think he's looked extremely solid and confident when
playing for Wales.

My son is a GK and I've always had to tell him, yeh you might have let one
in, but how many goals did the forwards miss. Usually many.
I still remember a match I played (it wasn't going our way) when our
captain had a whinge at the ref about 'how this game has lost
I pretty much don’t care any more. Nothing Meslier was going to do (including
saving a penalty) was going to keep the scapegoating off his back… Of course I
hope Darlow keeps a clean sheet, but if he doesn’t what will it prove?

Looks like Farke has finally lost patience with Meslier. Whilst the first
goal by Swansea was undoubtedly down to him, I’m not sure the 2nd was a
huge blunder. 3 or 4 bits of sloppy play led up to that shot, which was
well struck from fairly close in, albeit at a tight angle. There is an
element
2nd goal if Meslier just stood where he was he would have saved it. But
inextricably he moved to his left and tried to save with his hands while
diving. Very odd.
