I've got a couple set up for permanent use and one to take on hols if
required.
And gave one to my brother (who lives in Carcassonne nowadays) last
Christmas which is still working well without any maintenance after a year.
Plus, you get the usual apps
Android TV boxes the obvious answer to this. Can be a bit fiddly though. Maybe
an Amazon fire stick with other software side loaded would work well
I use mobdro, TVTap and what’s now called sports TV 2 (used to be sports
schedule TV) and of course the LUTV app for sport

My mum is moving back to France so I want set her up with the ability to watch
iPlayer abroad. I'm assuming a Kodi box with a VPN is the best solution? Any
recommendations, critical requirement is easy use and simple interface,
preferably some way of programming the interface or controlle
