This patch updates musl to the latest 1.1.17 release.
Rick Felker stated in his release note: "
This release fixes numerous bugs affecting visible behavior and
safety/internal consistency, including a stack-based buffer overflow
in dns parsing and multiple sources of invalid memory accesses that

Was the fix included in the Generic PHY? If not, possible some of the

Hi Felix!
Hi everyone!
It looks like Tiziano is right and this patch did get lost somehow.
At least I can't find any work-arounds regarding PHY hangs committed in
neither target/linux/generic/files/* nor target/linux/ar71xx/files/*.
The thread on lede-dev also seems to have stagnated after

The read optimization with buffer ustream in the logread caused the logger to
hung randomly, more often under high load and when logged messages are large.
To reproduce 100% compile and run:

int i;
static char msg_buf[BUF_SIZE];

When SIGTERM times out, procd sends SIGKILL and then restarts the
process once SIGCHLD has been received. This all works fine, with one
exception - respawn is not restored when instance_start() is called from
instance_exit(). The reason is that respawn is always set to false in
instance_stop(), and
