have a look at video.mk which already packages some V4L2 modules.
Most likely you'll only have to add a couple of lines to package the
modules you need (supposedly dvb-core, some dvb-frontends and a USB
device).

i am working on "PCTV-Broadway" (ramips-RT3052-Hauppauge Broadway).
This device need driver for dvb devices on usb, this is contained in the kernel.
Can you help and make a "media.mk" in the lede-source-tree in the
"/package/linux/modules" directory?

When rstrip.sh finds a bogus rpath, it removes it, while keeping the
sane rpaths.
Example of two rpaths:
/home/sk/tmp/lede/staging_dir/toolchain-mips_24kc_gcc-5.4.0_musl-1.1.16/lib
/usr/lib/perl5/5.22/CORE
rstrip.sh now calls patchelf:
$PATCHELF --set-rpath "/usr/lib/perl5/5.22/CORE" mod_perl.s
