A bit more setup, but fudforum (Fast Uncompromising Discussion Forum,
fudforum.org) can integrate with nttp, which mailman can then integrate with
mailing lists, allowing for full interaction between people accessing the forum
through all three methods.

Based on config_state to reload, triggered by config changes,
make netifd to proceed accordingly, either started via wdev up or
netifd reload. Thus the restart of wdev would be based on actual
config changes, letting autostart aside from this.

Hi i have bin looking around at forums on the web and it seems that
discourse, is not good with a screen reader. From what i can see phpBB
seems to be the best for a11y.

i would rather give http://flarum.org a shot. it's new, it's shiny and
in my opinion very lightweight compared to the two mentioned "oldies" :)
