[Lazarus] Confusing properties

Hello, What is the difference between the ActiveDefaultControl and DefaultControl properties in TForm ? And why are none of DefaultControl, ActiveDefaultControl and CancelControl settable in the objectinspector ? Is this on purpose or not ? Michael. -- _
