I am really sorry. The problem does show up in both cases
I got mixed up, since I havecode like this in latex:
\begin{rawhtml}
\end{rawhtml}
And the above is the one that was working OK. Not the latex code.
So, the problem is there in these 2 cases:

Another bit of information on this problem.
This problem happens only when using the image as a thumbnail
inside hyperlink. It does not sho
some more information on this problem. I do not
see image.pl file generated, but see labels.pl generated.
