To clarify: A minimal file with the problem has a subsection or
subsubsection followed by a table (with or without intervening text).

Hi Ross (or anyone else who may be concerned).
The bug you fixed a while back where LyX documents with tables
I compare the 'good' latexhtml which I used when you told me how to
patch the original 'bad' latex2html - does not seem to have a
significant diff. So maybe this bug has crept in another back door.

When I create an HTML tree from a LyX document, the stylesheet
.css has empty markup for Labels H1 .. H5:
H1 { }
H2 { }
and so on.
Is that normal?
Is this a bug or is there a way to populate the css definitions from
within LyX or LaTeX

Ross
I can confirm that the fix has worked for the main document that I had
been working on.
Seems like your confidence that the fix was robust was well founded.
Congratulations

My most grateful thanks Ross.
I'm amazed that you could penetrate so deeply into the cause of the
problem in so little time.
I will alter the perl as you suggest.
Warmest regards

Hi John,
I've looked at the examples, thanks.
As I thought,
its 1st row rendered if it follows a section or
subsection header (even if text intervenes).
If I remove all sections and subsections etc, the table is perfectly
rendered.
Any suggestions?
