I'm attempting to convert my PhD thesis to HTML.
It relies heavily on subfigure.sty, and Latex2HTML doesn't seem to handle
this; resulting in a total mess with figures out of sequence, etc.
Is there any way round this?

Please find attached my implementation of prettyref.perl. It works
very well for me, although I'm sure it won't handle all possible
cases. Please feel free to redistribute and/or modify it, or not, as
you wish.

I have a couple of questions concering included .eps figures when converting
to HTML. I'm using MS Windows, NetPBM v 9.20 and Latex2html2k
A typical include of a figure might be as follows:
