Hello. I'm a native korean speaker and would want to translate the

this translate.apache.org, however when I go to translate.apache.org/ko/
I get that the sign-up is prohibited.

You can use "Suggest" button (don't know if this is translated in Korean).

The webpage can not be translated with translate.apache.org.
This needs Pull Requests on Github:

and:
