Something wrong with the Help file, or new strings for translation were

Hi. i have been absent for long. Very busy times for me.
But i checked Estonian help now and it appears to be at about same progress
as i left it last time.

Hello Matthias,
Unfortunately after importing the templates, my 2year work on Armenian
translation of a Help file disappeared. I see the following picture:
- Incomplete: 317302 (28.0% translated);
- Total: 440 631.
Is it possible to restore for Armenian latest backup?
