replace his old extension archived/removed/replaced with the new one at

Maybe you mean the defined bullets and numbering syles as shown in the
xml files here:
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/tree/i18npool/source/localedata/data
You need to make the change in the source code: clone the code, build
it, make the changes, then rebuild so see the effect.
And just for your information, I have just now filed a bug report re the
bullets and numbering dropdown list, which is related to the issue I
mentioned in the email blow, see:
