[libreoffice-l10n] Large increase in translation strings

I've logged into Weblate this morning and found that there is a huge number of translations requested for the Welsh translation. It looks something like 34,000+ words. We were at 100% for LibreOffice 7. Is this correct? Thanks. Rhoslyn Prys -- Rhoslyn Prys Meddal.com 07815067805 / 01248 3512
