[libreoffice-l10n] Corrected failing checks in one version doesn't migrate to next version

Hi, I noticed the failing checks like accelerators, newlines etc that I corrected in LibreOffice 4.0 for Assamese language were also there in LibreOffice 4.1 and I had to correct them again. It means that the changes were not migrated when LibreOffice got updated from 4.0 to 4.1. Also I notic
