[libreoffice-l10n] REMINDER: Release 3.4.2-rc3 from libreoffice-3-4-2 branch

Hi, https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=39517 has been accepted as a blocker and we are going to produce 3.4.2-rc3. We hope to create the tag later today once the fix is available. We will also add fix for broken Presenter screen localizations. It uses "Zulu" strings in all localizations
