Good news to Asturian and Catalan (Valencian) users. We found out why
their langpacks were missing from the build. They were added just a few
hours before rc3 tagging, so it should work.
Unfortunately langpack/helppack names/descriptions were not defined in
the installer, so in rc3 installer

I have some strings to fix that are in the SC and VCL modules, and are
not accessible thru our pootle server. They were introduced in OOo3.3,
translated there but I did not carried test in OOo. Now these errors
show up in LibreOffice.
How can I proceed to fix them?
