definitely there is something fishy with dic installation (in the LO
or my package) - if i replace aff and dic of the working spell check
language with the files form Latgalian, spell check works (even if the
identification of the working one is "unusual".

I found a problem in dictionaries.xcu and correction of it removed
third error message, but dic is not working anyway (on win, Linux is
not tested yet)
