Today during the ESC it was asked if this commit could be added to
7.4.0.1, because of the string freeze:
https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/136874
This patch is correcting a bug and I see it important to have this fix.
There a 3 strings:
- Use background property
- Use slide backg
