[libreoffice-l10n] Translations got overwrttien by "System user"

Hello. I was accepting some suggestion 3 days ago, and I wanted to copy them to the master branch by downloading each and running a script on them. I noticed then that the "system user" user did overwrite on all of them with empty translations! Is that normal? If not, then what would be the problem
