hi i think libreoffice pootle server administrators can install tatar translation for pootle getting it from http://pootle.locamotion.org/tt/ or you can install new version of pootle getting it from http://sourceforge.net/projects/translate/files/Pootle/2.6.0-rc1/ and it has the tatar translation.
