[libreoffice-l10n] Irish translation update

Hi everyone, I just updated the Irish translation of LibreOffice and have 3.4 at almost 100%. I'm not working through Pootle though, and I don't see anything on the wiki about how translations are delivered if this is the case. I have a stable URL with our latest SDF file, here: http://borel
