I just updated the Irish translation of LibreOffice and have 3.4
at almost 100%. I'm not working through Pootle though, and I don't
see anything on the wiki about how translations are delivered if this
is the case. I have a stable URL with our latest SDF file, here:

After talking with Santiago Paricio, the main author of the spelling
dictionary (in cc), we added a README_an_ES.txt file with a copyright
notice and the licence (MPL 1.1 / GPLv3+ / LGPLv3+ tri-licence).
