KX-T: SLT -> CO without dialing "9"?

Hi folks: Is it possible to program the KX-TD1232-4 to have a SLT (in this case a fax machine) get *immediate* access to one of the CO lines without having the user have to dial 9? I emphasis "immediate" because I tried the "Hot Line" feature to dial "9" after 1 second, but on a fax machine thi

KX-T: Extension Group -- phones not ringing
