KX-T: linedevstate_reinit

hi, I work with Panasonic TD500 with TSP version 0177 2003/03/13 , my application work fine but receive linedevstate_reinit and it stop, the TD500 continue work fine and the only solution is to reinit telephony service or reinit the pc The application work fine also with the Panasonic TDA100/2
