KX-T: 1232 PBX caller Id

Can some one help me with my caller ID with my 1232. It was working 2 months ago quit for a week then started working again now it quit again. The local phone company checked everything out and the caller ID works till up to my building. I also tried a new caller ID card and still nothing ---
