KX-T: TVS75 Message Waiting Lamp

Hi, We re-configured our TVS75 VPS but we can't make the message waiting lamp work when there's a message in the system. The VPS is connected to a Panasonic KSU VB-42050. Whenever we activate the Authorization of Message Notification in the COS, the two port always becomes busy with a message "

Hi everybody, We have a TVS75 connected to a DBS 824 system. We have this problem on some of the workstation where the message waiting lamp wont turn off even if all messages have been deleted. But not all extension has this problem, only a few. Any idea on how to correct this problem? Than
