I install terminals that dial out to a 866 number at times.
in several locations I find that I dont have enough volume to get a carrier
handshake between the 2 modems
I can dial with a test phone and get a carrierr answer but the volume is real
low.
is there a line booster that I can use

I use a standard computer UPS. a 600 va keeps my twin cab, tvs100 and isdn
converter going for hours. If the power isnt back on by then it is time to
close up shop anyway :)
