First check the flexible num plan ,shud match the fea code,check the Additional info ,u may have enable the bit 11 on area 5(not sure),go to station setting 2 and enter the DDI match to yr ext, and disable CLI restriction on the ISDN parameter. Now u shud dial the feature code and u shud able to
