We have a KX-TA824 with KX-TVA50 VPS. We have an employee in a remote location
who would like to have a voice mailbox, but we didn't want to assign him an
extension that is tied to a physical port on the PBX. Essentially all we need
is a voice mailbox which he can access remotely.
Greetings. I have a KXTA824 PBX, door phone, door opener, keypad, and door
lock. I am able to open the door lock from the door opener and also make calls
to and from the door phone to any extension on the PBX. However, I am unable

We are considering purchasing an MP3 player over a CD player for music on hold.
I have read online that many MP3 players will not play music while the USB is
plugged in to a power converter at a wall electrical outlet. Do you know of
any (relatively inexpensive) MP3
still being terminated.
Anyone have any idea how to prevent these transferred calls from being
disconnected?
