Sounds like you have the ext group hunt on. In system settings find the ext
group number for stations and disable all hunting except the separate group
you have the voicemail extensions in. The VM group should be "v" hunting
type.

An interface via Windows 200/XP or via Lantronix sounds interesting! I am
using A JDS StarGate for home control, and I have been able to interface some
features by DTMF dialing from the StarGate- i.e. turning Night Service on and
off, etc., but a good serial interface would be much more useful
My device can target any of the following:
TAPI server provider (not requiring a dedicated PC)
SNMP
Web Service

TCP/IP or UDP simplfied API which is the same as RS-

The diagram shows Q1 as a power FET.
The circuit description describes the transistor as a MOSFET.
The parts list does not list Q1, but does list Q301 as part PQVTDTC143E
Maybe you can purchase a replacement transistor from:

Ross,
You can conntact John Almont at Communicator Tel.
He is often on this list. He used to be able to sell you a Zoom modem
programmed for the Pana systems. I got one and it worked right away.
(Anytime I try to do it myself it doesn't seem to work properly- I think I
need to spend a bit more
I forgot to mention the number for Communicator Tel is 800-777-1036
