programming documentation. What is the 990 bit to flip to make the FWD/DND light not
blink?

I know the answer is out there.
Why is it with digital phones some have more hiss sounds than others while playing
BGM? Not that it should matter but this is on a TD1232-5

Look for area 09, bit 4,3.1,0 is for red on / red on. FWD/DND.
Default is 1, 1. Red flashing / red on.

Does any one know if the td1232 can be programmed for the double answer feature? My
old PBX had a this feature which basically just momentarily interrupts incoming calls.
This momentary disconnect-reconnect has the effect of blocking certain types of
collect calls. Thanks for your help.
