KX-T: KX-TD 1232 call blocking feature

Does any one know if the td1232 can be programmed for the double answer feature? My old PBX had a this feature which basically just momentarily interrupts incoming calls. This momentary disconnect-reconnect has the effect of blocking certain types of collect calls. Thanks for your help. P
