customers "computer guy" said that he has a 1751 router on each side, with a "WIC"

My situation/question deals with a VoIP application using Cisco Routers.
Let me start by saying that I have no/none/nadda experience or knowledge when it comes
to routers. If I can make this "Tie-Line" application work then I should also be able
to sell my customer two new phone sys
