I'm pretty sure I got it off of download.com but here's their distribution
point. get ttermp23.zip - the latest
ftp://riksun.riken.go.jp/pub/pc/misc/terminal/teraterm/
you can configure it by editing the ini file although it has some limited
config options in the ap itself.

I just typed "terraterm" or "teraterm" at the URL line of IE6 and it came
up with tera term home page.
