KX-T: KXTA 624 E with a Pay tone Card

Dear All I have set up a KXTA 624 with a pay tone card model KXT A30889 on a ring master telephone management software program. The information is feeding correctly into this program but after every call that is listed on the screen the words 'Last Line Unrecognized' comes up, can anybody help
