I am wondering if anyone has had any 'official' word from Panasonic
regarding this problem. Has it been acknowledged?

Here's a problem that's been annoying me because I can't find any rhyme or
reason for it. Only on the TVS/TVP100 systems, intermittently, we have
customers complaining of messages not being delivered promptly. That is,

Have you checked the system timers? The MW Interval timer should be set to
00, this will prevent a phone (SLT) from ringing if someone inadvertently
sets Message Waiting on the Extn. You would know if the extn has MW set on
it by the dial tone as well (4 short beeps followed by the dial to
3 matches
