Don't forget that "xdp enabled" means that the extra jack is a
separate extension (i.e. 201), and "xdp disabled" means it is the same
as the digital phone.

1-1 than the xdp is 1-2.
Better way is to DIL the CO 7 to the actual extension number of the XDP, which
should be a 2xx number.

set the co 7 up as dil 1:1 to your 2xx extension.
then set out going (604) to enable to co only for for the xdp port, all
others as disable.
put co7 in it's own group number (like group 7) no other co's in gr 7
use 87 to access the co from the xdp
use pick up dial at xdp - prg 742 87
