Push "1"...listen to BGM...it should be about the same level as dialtone on
the set's speaker.
If not, do what others have suggested and pad the music source down to an
acceptable level...
FWIW, it seems to want a -10 at most...

This may also be a problem testing the MOH with a cell phone. The
digital-analog conversation with cell providers is notorious for distorting
MOH. Make sure you are not testing the MOH via a cell phone.
