We have an 824 set up as a 6/16. Two of the extensions are in an out building. All the pairs are connected to Panamax surge protection on both ends.Whenever we plug extension 16 into one of the out building extensions,incoming calls are cut off in 2 rings on all phones in the system. You can dial o
