You need 2-pair (XDP off) for the 7130 to work. If you want FULL
functionality of the 7130 (whisper paging), you will need 3-pairs.

7130 will NOT work if XDP is assigned to that port (pgm 600).
Analog sets need a separate talk and data path, unlike the digital sets
which use the data pair for both talk and data.
